Mental health support for children and youth.
How We Help
Each child experiences the world differently. Some are more sensitive than others or more affected by changes in their environment; some have had traumatic early life events; and some may be prone to variable moods or have difficulty relating to their peers.
Our professional therapists and psychiatrists are skilled in assessing the needs of children and adolescents, and in providing evidence-based individual and family therapy.
We provide individual and group therapy for children and adolescents who need help coping with anxiety, depression, school problems, family conflict, the effects of abuse and trauma, and/or substance use issues.
We also offer an adolescent Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) program for young people who meet the guidelines for this comprehensive outpatient service.
