ServiceNet Participant Graduates from Project SEARCH Program
Baeleigh, a participant in ServiceNet’s Outreach Coolidge Program within the Developmental and Brain Injury Services (DBIS) Division, recently graduated from the Project SEARCH Program at Cooley Dickinson Hospital (CDH). The graduation ceremony on June 27 featured speeches and reflections from various speakers.
The Project SEARCH Transition-to-Work Program is a unique, business-led, one-year employment preparation program conducted entirely at the workplace. For Baeleigh, this workplace was Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
During Baeleigh’s journey through the program, ServiceNet’s Coolidge Program staff provided ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement—from personalized mentoring sessions to skill-building workshops — ensuring Baeleigh had the resources needed to succeed.
The graduation event featured speeches from key speakers, including Victor Hernandez, Deputy Assistant Commissioner of DDS, and the ceremony concluded with a testimonial from Baeleigh, who spoke about how Project SEARCH had made her more active and helped her learn new skills.
Congratulations to all the Project SEARCH program graduates, and to Baeleigh and ServiceNet’s Coolidge Program staff for their dedication and hard work.
