Coldwell Banker Community Realtors: Growing for Good Campaign Sponsor Spotlight
Coldwell Banker Community Realtors
Harvest Sponsor
Coldwell Banker Community Realtors helps people move into and out of homes, finding the property best suited to their needs. Sometimes, those properties are farms, whose owners make full use of the land to feed themselves and others.
Recognizing Prospect Meadow Farm as an important community resource—for the food it produces and the jobs it creates—Coldwell Banker Community Realtors was happy to get on board when they heard about the Vocational Training & Production Center project. It fits with their culture of investing in the community where they do business and with their longstanding appreciation of the agricultural work ethic.
What is the Growing for Good Campaign?
ServiceNet’s Growing for Good Campaign is a fundraising campaign to support Prospect Meadow Farm’s new Vocational Training and Production Center.
With the generous support of our sponsors and donors, as well as a $595,000 grant from the state’s Executive Office of Housing & Economic Development, ServiceNet’s Prospect Meadow Farm—a therapeutic vocational farming program for individuals with developmental disability, autism, or brain injury—is transforming the 3,200 square-foot residential farmhouse located at 103 Prospect Street in Hatfield into a modern vocational training and production center.
Updates include a modern, fully equipped commercial production kitchen and food packaging center, dedicated space for the farm’s pre-vocational program, expanded classroom space, an outdoor pavilion, and much more. These significant upgrades will enhance and expand participants’ experience, increase our ability to offer more services to more people, and prepare the farm for decades more of supporting our participants to live their lives to the fullest.
