A Day to Remember: Enrichment Center Hosts a Fabulous Prom

People dancingOn Saturday, ServiceNet’s Enrichment Center hosted a dazzling daytime Prom at the Castle of Knights in Chicopee, where participants, family, friends, and staff came together for a joyful celebration. Dressed to the nines, guests danced the day away to great music, shared laughter, and created memories in a sparkling atmosphere.

The event was organized by Enrichment Center Program Manager Maddy Mallalieu and her staff. A highlight of the day was the crowning of the Prom King and Queen, met with cheers and smiles all around.

“This Prom is a wonderful example of the fun and excitement that the Enrichment Center brings to the lives of participants,” said Mike Lalak, Vice President of Residential Services in ServiceNet’s Developmental and Brain Injury Division. “Events like this, created by Maddy and her team, show the incredible value of providing opportunities for joy and celebration, making everyone feel special and connected.”

The Enrichment Center is a day program for individuals with brain injuries, offering opportunities for skill-building, social engagement, and meaningful activities. This year marks the Center’s 10th anniversary of providing impactful services, making the Prom a fitting way to celebrate a decade of creating joy and connection.
